A Dental Outsourcing Company
An Incidental customer says: "One of my dentist customers had been using a broker to do all their lab work and he knew it was going to China, he just didn't know where exactly. When the China lead scare hit in Feb. 2008 he called me to see if they had a low price outsource solution. I told him we partner with Incidental who is a FDA registered lab, who's products have all US materials, and that has met all the ADA qualifications." This customer decided to switch to the local lab that used the Incidental outsource solution. The lab and the dentist had peace of mind knowing where their crowns were being made and with what materials they had used.

I have a "good" relationship with one of my dentist but he is price sensitive. He called to ask me if I have any lower priced crowns. He has some customers with insurance coverage that makes it impossible for them to afford regular priced crowns. He asked "Do you have a comparable crown that is 40-50% cheaper". It was nice to be able to answer "Yes we do". I was able to capture all of this customer's crown and bridge business, thanks to Incidental Labs.

Case Study:

Problem:

· A growing lab that can't find high quality, affordable new ceramists, and CAD/CAM technicians.
· Owner ends up working overtime when volume spikes or when ceramist's need to take vacations.

Solution:

· Lab owner talks to their customers about the benefits of working with a FDA approved overseas lab which provides a quality product at a low cost.
· Lab owner sends some work (posterior cases, gold crowns and generic shades) to Incidental.
· Profitability on outsourced cases exceeds current business profitability, even though the price points are lower than the lab's current price list.
