An invoice will be emailed to you for each case that is ready to be shipped back to you. You must pay by credit card for your cases before they are shipped back to you. Once you have been a customer for 30 days, you can establish a credit line with InciDental. If you have established a credit line with InciDental, you will be emailed a monthly statement that will itemize the previous month's invoices. If during any month you exceed your credit limit, you will be notified by email, pending shipments will be stopped, until enough payment is recevied for outstanding cases to reestablish your credit. You will be able to make payments online and view any outstanding invoices under the Accounting tab once you login to your account.

Statement is due upon receipt by check or credit card.

We gladly accept MasterCard, VISA, and DISCOVER. Feel free to call us with your credit card or arrange automatic monthly payments. Sorry, no revolving credit.

A collection charge of 1.5% per month, (18% annually) will be posted to any past due balance.

InciDental Laboratories has a nexus in California and Nevada. If you are a Dental Laboratory in these states, please download and complete the appropriate form and fax to (707) 781-1911 with your seller's permit or resale license. Dental Labs in California may download here and Labs in Nevada may download here. If you are a Lab in any other state please download here and see if this form applies to your state and fax it in so we have this information on file. If you are a Dentist where we have a nexus, InciDental Laboratories will collect the appropriate rate for taxable goods.
